Picture this. Friday afternoon. The last laser treatment client of the day at our clinic in Logan. We were having a chat about our plans for the upcoming weekend as we were finishing up the treatment. Then, disaster strikes at the worst possible time.
Our beloved Cutera laser machine had decided it was forever done with life. You can imagine my reaction as I sat there with my client just touching up those last few spider veins on her legs.
Panic mode.
I got straight on the phone and called Richard at Cutera.
